ex-emloyer is speading rumors I was Fired for DUI and it isn’t true

Statute of Limitations on car insurance claim?
Hi guys, I was involved in a small accident about 2 and a half years ago....which was the other driver's fault....and I quickly obtained a claim number from the other driver's insurance company. However, I never got an estimate and took the vehicle to get fixed because it was minimal damage, and did not effect the driving of the car at all

can i get my license back?
when i was 15 i got an owi for marijuana on a gator and i only had a school permit. i wasn't charged by the police but i got a deferred judgement and didn't have to go to court but i was still charged by the DOT and my driving privilages were revoked untill i turn 18.

27 years without a d/l.
I've had my driving privledges revoked in Illinois; since 1983, due to 4 DUI's. I've not had any driving incidences, in the last 27 years

Missed date to take defensive driving for deferred adjudication
I received a ticket in Grapevine, TX for running a red light last November, and was given 90 days to request and receive a copy of my driving record from the State, and to take a defensice driving course. Submitting these and a processing fee would result in deferred adjudication on my ticket.
