Illegal turn, Open intox
Was just pulled over for an illegal left turn and had my car searched, which had a open half gallon in my back seat. I'm 22 years old, and haven't had a speeding ticket since I was 18. I also had a MIP when I was 19, but took the route to have that removed from my record.

Will I Lose the Easement if Driveway Not Exactly on the Designated Easement?
My property is in Northern California. There is an easement on my neighbor’s property for me to get to my house. The easement is marked 12’ wide right beside our properties’ boundary on the parcel map.

Allowing Neighbor Driving on Property in California Lead to Prescriptive Easement

Who should I sue?
We currently rent a home in Las Vegas NV from the homeowner who lives out of state. Our vehicle was towed from our driveway back in Dec stating that our driveway is a FIRE LANE. When we contacted the HOA to seek reimbursement, they said there are signs that indicate towable offenses and that should be enough

Bought a car on Craigslist couldn’t pass smog…

Parking on private property – off the driveway
