Husband threatening to take my kids in divorce
I desperatly want to divorce my husband, but he has threatened to take my kids away from me. He has major anger issues and I dont even feel comfortable leaving him alone with my kids for an hour. I basicly want to know if he can take my kids from me

My Ex wants visitation rights after 6 months
My Kid's father has not seen her in over 6 months and until now he is requesting the court to give him joint custody, I don't want him to have any part of her life, he has no job, he is morbidly obese, doesn't even try to take care of himself, he smokes narcotics and he has tried to have his girlfriends see my kid. I just want him to leave us alone i dont even want child support, what should i do?

Havent seen my kids in years.
I have two older girls that I hadnt seen in years. I got in contact with them through the technology we have today with social networking. Their mother has no clue.
