my company is running a internal investigacion for harrasment and descrimination and the company hired for that does not want to give us a copy of the staement or conversation is that legal ,or i have the right to have copy , or is there a law to protect that matter

Will opening an "option trading account" result in a credit pull?

If so, will the inquiry be a hard or soft pull? I have a brokerage account with scottrade right now and I would like to open an option trading account if it does not result in a hard pull of my credit report. Anyone who has done this before?

Tenant shutting off electricity on 21st but not moving till 25th. What if pipes freez

My tenant informs me she is turning electricity off on 12/21 but she does not intend to be out till 12/25. It is very cold here in Maine and pipes will freeze w/out heat. I would have the electricity continued in my name but I am worried that she will turn furnace up and leave windows open. She does not want me in the premises till 12/25. What can I do?

I have been renting since 8-15-2010. Just found out that the owner is going into short sale. What are my rights? Can I get out of the lease or do I have to wait for him to let me know. This does not sound right.

Can a FINRA U-5 be changed after a termination so that the language as to the nature of the termination is not on the form? I feel strongly that “Termination for Poor Performance” does not reflect accurately why I was let go, and now I was denied a job with another company because of it.

After much review, I found that Equifax does not have my current automobile loan listed, at all. TransUnion, however does. My score at TransUnion is 8 points higher, the last time I paid to check it. Does one dispute this???

Am I entitled to see my mother’s will?

My mother recently died and my brother says he is in possession of her will and that she left all of her property to him and nothing to my sister or me. He refuses to send me a copy of the will because he says he wants to protect me from hurtful things my mother put in the will. I understand he must file the will with probate and I can obtain a copy then. It is a small estate and if it does not go into probate and he does not file the will, how can I get a copy?

My mother works for Wal-Mart, part-time. She is having knee surgery soon. She has told me that Wal-Mart does not offer short-term disability to part-time employees. What are her options for generating enough income to pay her living expenses for the 6 wks she will need for recovery. Would she qualify for worker’s comp, food stamps, unemployment, temporary disability from the Federal or TN state government?

Need EX report # to call Experian

I have CreditCheckTotal, and it appears that report number does not work as a recent report when you call Experian. So, I just went and bought, I think it is called, Experian Direct and it doesn’t give me a report number either. Do I have to just go buy a plain report with score, with no service attached, so I can get a report number, just so I can call to ask them to take off ‘consumer disputes”? I need to apply for a mortgage and can’t see how to call them and get a person. Thanks!
