Refuting charges in a default annulment declaration by ex-wife
My ex-wife filed for an annulment (which I am quite happy about), and because I was in a very bad emotional and economic spot at the time, I missed the deadline for filing a response and it became a default. The judge decided on the case just last week and the declaration my ex filed was FILLED with lies, outright fabrications, distortions and malicious slander

What form do I need?
I hired a lawyer to file an appeal on behalf of my son who is in prison. He asked for the copies of the medical reports, court transcripts and other paperwork I had already gotten before hiring him. I told him at the time I wanted the paperwork back and he promised he would return it.

K1 Visa – Marrying an Undocumented Peruvian who is currently in Italy
Okay, my situation is complicated but I am hoping that someone can give me sound advice on what to do. In 2008 I joined a language website for my University studies and ended up meeting my now fiance. He is Peruvian however he traveled illegally to Italy due to their family's poverty, and has been living there since 2006.

Can I hold my former employer responsible for libel/slander?
My former employer terminated my employment about a month ago, and told me that the reason was because they were "unhappy with my performance." As a result, I applied for unemployment benefits with the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES). A few days ago, I received a notice from the DES saying my benefits were denied because my employer reported to them that I was "discharged because of falsifying my employment application or other documents related to obtaining or maintaining employment." Not only is my resume 100% factual and accurate, my employer made NO such remark to me when I was terminated. Do I have a case for a libel lawsuit?

I have found several cases where Midland Funding has been brought to account for their fraudulent acts. Also one is underway in the form of a class action suit in Washington which I cannot join of course since I live in Missouri. I actually managed to get an email from one of the attorneys in Washington and he asked for my documents which I scanned and sent him and I have not heard back since then but I'm sure he is very busy
