false harassment :(
ok, my husband just received a letter from the district attorney saying he has been harassing his mother and to stop before charges are made. he has only seen his mother 1 time in a year, where he has just waved at her, months upon months ago we have witnesses and phone records proving he hasnt made any attempt to talk to her she has also falsified dhr reports too. is there anyway she can be charged with falsifying reports?

Recovering property
I'm Matt, My son killed himself in my back yard with my weapon. He was able to sneak the key from my position for my weapons cabinet. In calling the Meridian, ID police to find out the procedure for recovering my weapon, the person said that the weapon was being evaluated for biological hazards before it can be returned, she added that not all these type of materials can be cleaned off surfaces, and went on to say that the district attorney would be involved in this and it is handled on a case by case basis.

Separating charges at time of arrest
I was debating this with a supervisor today, and since I am not the supervisor I figure I am probably wrong, but I have since found that his reasoning is also wrong, although he may ultimately still be right. The topic was whether at the time of arrest charges against a suspect could be separated into different cases

zoning ordinance and non-conforming lot
I need to understand if our Zoning Board is empowered to grant a variance regarding lot coverage, AKA maximum building coverage, for a non-conforming lot, where the existing building already covers the maximum sq. ft. allowed in the R-2 district.

Is this harassment in any way?
My wife was telling her district manager about health violations and discrimination at her job, when he told everyone to leave the area they were speaking in. Once everyone had left, he got in her face....within 5 inches, looked down her shirt, then told her to turn in her keys and go home.

Job not following doctors note
I am pregnant and having trouble performing my job at work so my doctor gave me a note saying i cant stand for long periods of time on July 26. There is nowhere in my workplace that they can put me to follow that doctors note, so my doctor said that my manager has to give her a letter that says they cant accommadate me and then she will put me on disability
