Car Dealership Sales Contract
Can a car dealership break a sales contract after it has been signed by both parties just because they are unable to sell the contract out to a bank? I purchased a car on Saturday. I traded in a vehicle with negative equity in it

Breach of Contract by auto dealership?
At a So Cal Land Rover dealership, I negotiated with management on the sale of a used Land Rover. We came to an agreement on price and over the next 4 hours I sat in finance and signed on the dotted line. I even bought GAP coverage and an interior/exterior protection package.

Is Auto Loan Binded once signed by all parties?
I financed a car from car pros kia, was approved by a bank, and signed all the necessary documentation with the dealership. I also have the documentation and signatures that show both the dealership and financial institution signed and approved the loan which I'd assume makes this a legal binding document.

Is this a breach of contract?
My friend went to a car dealership to purchase a car. The dealership told her everything was okay on the loan and told her to take the car home. They took the money out of her bank for the deposit but then a month later she got a call from the dealership saying that she needed a co-signer.
