Subtenant Leaving Without Proper Notice
My subtenants are finally leaving, we've had problems, but they broke the contract by not giving the 30 day notice stated in the lease AND they did not tell me, they told MY landlord... AND they asked my landlord NOT to tell me. What can I do

Trying to get rid of roommate/sublessor
