What happens to a real mortgage when a debtor files for bankruptcy?

I am a creditor whose debt is guaranteed by an actual mortgage. I recently received a notice that the debtor has filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States. What will be my loan and my mortgage? I be prohibited from foreclosing the mortgage? The way in which the insolvent debtor is an individual and not a company. Please prvide.Merci legal basis.

What happens to a second mortgage when a home is purchased at a foreclosure auction?

I will make an offer on a house closing and has a loan of $ 1 280K and a second of $ 70K. The creditor on the first two mortgages is Decision One Mortgage. The lender is Countrywide foreclosure. This means that if I buy this house in foreclosure their money to add a second mortgage or just the first mortgage and back taxes?

My indigent mother passed away 6 months ago intestate. She had no personal property and rented her apartment, but had a $783 credit card bill

Authorized Users and Permissible Purpose
Does a Creditor have PP to pull an AU credit? My wife has been an AU on my Chase account for about 1 1/2 years and on March 17th, there is a Hard Pull from Chase listed. I looked at my credit report and no such hard pull is showing. Is this authorized or do I need to send them a letter? *Note: My wife has never had a chase card, account, or collection with them.

Is there any risk of a creditor lowering my limit if I add an authorized user with poor credit?
I have a credit card with a 10k limit. I only have a few hindered dollars on it, so it really helps my credit to debt ratio.

"Account closed by creditor" — good or bad?
I have a credit card account that was closed seven and a half years ago. I'd forgotten to pay the bill and the bank closed the account. Six months ago (ie after seven years) the negative went off my credit report (Yay!). So the status is now "Pays as agreed" with no blemishes, but the remarks say: "Account closed by credit grantor". I've found that what's in the comments does matter, so I'm worried this will impact my score. The guy at TransUnion said that negatives go away after seven years but good accounts stay for ten but not to worry since this was a good account. I think it's never good when the creditor closes the account

Foreclosure reporting a past due
I went through foreclosure last year. The status is correctly listed as "Credit Grantor reclaimed collateral to settle defaulted mortgage", however they are showing a Past Due Amount

Questions on disputing…
I am curious on what FCRA states on disputing items on your credit report? Does it state that you HAVE to send disputes to the CB or does it give you the option to dispute directly with the creditor? ( For instance, if you dispute something with a creditor and their response is that they will not allow direct dispute and to send a dispute to the CB instead )
