Can CPS close a case and give grandprants the right to say if or when the parents can have the baby back?
having problems with CPS
I'm having troubles finding information on what cps can and can't legally do. I've had run-ins with CPS a few times, and I still can't get definite answers to my questions. My cases with CPS have always been unfounded, and now it seems like i'm being harrassed.

Violation of the Constitution
Can CPS be sued for a violation of the Constitution? I know of a lawsuit in Southern CA that a woman sued them for violation the 4th amendment. I am wanting to look into a similar lawsuit and what to know what sort of Lawyer I need to handle the case

Child on child molestation charges
We have a combined household with 5 children - 3 of his and 2 of hers, ages 13, 13, 12, 12 and 10, two boys, a girl in the middle, and two more boys. About 6 weeks ago, the youngest confided that the oldest step-brother had "touched" him

False accusations
My exhusband has accused me of abusing our children and twice now he has sent CPS out to my house. Both times they have taken my children from school and talked to them and interrogated them. Now I have parents of my kids school looking strangely at me

Mother’s ability to parent falls through CPS cracks
Hello, I'm 21 years old and my younger sister, who is eleven, has indicated that she wants to come live with me. Our parents got a divorce last January, and at that point our already distant/paycheck parent of a father became a totally non-existent paycheck father.

Father giving child food he is allergic to
I live in Florida. My son is 7 years old and his father has significant time sharing (40%) on a rotating schedule because he does shift work (24/on 48/off). He will not stop giving him food he is allergic to, and he won't give the medication he needs
