Statute of Limitations Question
Ok, two part question: First, what is the statute of limitations on credit card debt in Arkansas? I have seen 3 years and 5 years, so one has to be right, but which one? Second, I am thinking of moving to Arkansas for a job offer from Florida. I have debt that is over 2 years old, but not 4 years (which is Florida statute of limitations). If Arkansas is truly 3 years, then will this mean that lawfully they cannot sue for the debt anymore after another couple of months? By the way, this is not the reason I am looking to relocate, just in case someone thinks that. I am just curious out of curiousity sake. Thank you

Landlord forgot to take out direct deposit
I authorized my landlord to use direct deposit for payment of my rent. A year and a half into my lease my landlord notifies my that he screwed something up with my direct deposit and for the last 5 months he has not withdrawn anything from my account. I had not noticed the couple hundred dollar difference in my account each month

without my babies
please help my children have been living with a couple for 2 yrs i only get them 1 a month and has to be surprivesed by my dad and this all came from my husband and and having a verbal fight and me leaving for the night im so confused i thought the county was supposed to reunite familys not rip them a part i miss my children so much:confused: and the part i dont get is the couple that have my children had theres taking away from them for worse reasons and the county apporved them

Tenants and fumigation
Hello, I'm a landlord/owner of a six unit dwelling in southern Florida, and my situation is: We are putting up a termite fumigation tent (most likely with Truly Nolen), and as owners, if anything is stolen while the tent is up, can we be held liable for it? Should we hire a security firm for the couple of nights to watch the property

We THOUGHT we had gotten rid of the horrible neighbors….
My roommate and I were forced to move from one side of our apartment complex to the other side due to us having noise complaints against us. These complaints came from a woman who was the wife of the maintenance man on property and lived right below us. She verbally harrassed us on our way out of the building one day and so did a neighbor below her about us making too much noise.

Length of employment and loan approval
Hi Everyone, I worked for a commercial financing company for nine years before I was laid off. Years ago I was told that in order to be considered for loans that I should be at my current job for at least a year (plus have a good fico score) before I would be considered a good credit risk.
