Best way to increase score with 0 debt?
Well I just had the honor of paying off all of my debts a couple months ago. Got on myFico today and have a score of 741 EQ. My accounts are as follows: - CC $7000 Limit- $0 Bal - Health line of credit $9000 limit- $0 Bal - CC $1400 limit- $0 Bal - CC $3000 limit- $0 Bal - 2 Auto Loans Paid Off All payments were made on time and in full.

My school wasted my time
I am currently a student at ashford university.I live in omaha, NE but take online classes through their campos, which is located in clinton IA. I contacted them late last year and told them i wanted to get a degree in speech pathology, so they signed me up for a degree in health and human services, telling me this was what i needed to do for speech pathology.

Manager grabbed me by shirt and flung me
My manager at my workplace was demonstrating what she did to her nephew...and I happened to be closest to her and she grabbed me by my shirt with an open hand and hit me when she did, then she flung me back and forth....we have been having problems for a couple months cause she dont like me...I talked to my store manager and they are looking at the tape but he said because it was a demonstration and didnt have to do with work nothing would properly be done about it...what legal rights do I have? Late rent on parking space
I rented 1/2 of my driveway for $50 a month for someone to park an old beat up camper. Payments are due monthly on the 15th. They came early for a couple months, then on time for a couple, then the owner started having her mother send them to me for 3 months and they were getting later, now it is over 2 weeks late and no payment

Landlord keeping 2 deposits on the same unit
I am looking to sublease an apartment from a woman whos lease is not up until July 31st 2011 (she resigned early). I intend on moving in a few days after she moves out, but the landlord won't release her securiy deposit until July 31st of 2011, despite making me pay the same security deposit to move in.
