What type of attorney should I hire?
I have a civil rights problem regarding the free use and enjoyment of my property! It was taken away from me by a neighbor who installed 2 speed bumps on our shared driveway and they have impeded my rights of ingress and egress of my home.

Common element or not?
I own a townhouse that had its front wall damaged by a contractor working for the management company. The public adjuster I hired could not service me because they claimed that the damaged wall was a common element, and therefore the sole responsibility of the management company. While in the process of filing suit against the HOA and the management company, I went to the county seat to pull up a condo declaration, and the county told me there was no declaration, because it is not a condo

My sister-in-law is named as executor of my father-in-laws estate. She started probate proceedings and my wife, her sister, has filed opposition to this. We found out today that the Probate Hearing which was scheduled for Monday has been canceled and that a new court date will be set in a County Court At Law.
