Sale of Vehicle By Representative…

This is a rather unique situation and is very lenghty, however I shall keep it as brief as possible while still presenting the facts of the situation...Anyone who could help me, it would be greatly appreciated being my brothers life is depending on it... I am going to ask this information one item at a time... My brother acquired a vehicle from someone whom he believed to be a representative of a gentleman who was arrested earlier this year on MMJ case in Colorado...This woman was living with MMJ arrestee at his home in Highlands Ranch...She asked my brother to assist her in moving everything out the the home that had been raided...After assisting the woman, she told my brother she was told to liquidate everything to raise bond money for her friends bond, the MMJ arrestee...My brother then gave the lady money for the vehicle she had driven that day...My brother transferred title and ownership after she provided him the a signed title, the vehicle and keys..

Losing job; not a vet or married to one

Recently, many co workers and myself working government contract work have been told our jobs are going GS but without vet preference (being wounded vets or married to wounded vets) we will not qualify for these GS positions which means we will eventually be unemployed. First, it is impt to understand CPOL and USAJOBS will not even electronically select our resumes for consideration without vet preference.

Jurisdiction Question

I have 2 vechicles I own, the one in question being my old truck that I have replaced but still own but dont ever drive. I had been keeping it in an extra garage at a relatives house this past year, but had to bring it back to my house due to my family members daughter turning 16 and getting a car of her own

Was sued by a credit card company – have questions now….

Hi everyone I'm back!   I started the post about 2 months ago about being summoned to small claims court by a credit card over a charge-off even though I was out of the country.   Well the lawyer won and I now have a judgement against me for about $5K on my credit report.   I actually tried to call the lawyer (before the court date) and they wouldnt speak to me.

Debt too low to file bankruptcy but too high to pay right now. What should I do?

I am here as an international student. This Summer I have fall behind my credit card payments and my student loans, my bank account is on negative numbers. I would need about $2500 to be all set but the government doesn't allow me to work.

Default Divorce – Wife left with Child out of USA

I got married to a South American in Sept 2000 in USA, we have a daughter born in 2001. We then had some troubles and lived apart in Sept 2005.

Green card= Absence for more than 3 years

Well, I am a green card holder and I kept this for the last 24 years . I am out of the country for a long time- more than 3 years, but I don t want to lose it. I ´ve filled all the IRS reports and payed the taxes.
