Credit Card Rewards
I searched on these forums for a general consensus of opinion, and I still don't understand who actually pays for the cost of benifits that everyone receives from thier rewards cards. Merchants, consumers, or CC companies?

How enforcible is this puppy contract?
So back in 2006 I purchased a show dog from a breeder and signed a contract (breeder lives in Oregon) The breeder is not registered as a co-owner of the dog with the AKC. I've spent a lot of time and money getting the dog a championship and health testing so I can breed her, but I've become very annoyed with the breeder for forcing me to breed the dog her way (all at my cost) and then give her a free puppy, according to these contract terms. I'm just wondering how enforcible this co-ownership/breeding part of her contract is because she is driving me nuts

collecting "pay to stay" from defendants not convicted
Some states have "programs" where sheriff's departments are collecting money from prisoners,to offset the cost of prisoners staying in prison. Question: Can such sheriff's departments have such claims "Pay to stay" against people who were arrested, jailed, but never convicted (case dismissed,or acquitted),for their stay in jail, after they have been arrested?

Repairs Promised at Closing
I am hoping to get some advice on whether or not to take the sellers, who sold me my home, and the contractor that they hired to small claims court. At closing, the sellers had agreed to have repairs done to the home in order for us to agree to purchase the home.
