Personal information released
Hello! I'm not sure if I am posting this in the correct section. I received a letter today from the finance company for my husband's vehicle stating that some of his personal information was released to other customers

Misspelled name on a will?
Hello everyone, I recently helped a friend create a will for her entire estate (located in Georgia). She has been estranged from her husband for almost 20 years and left the estate to me. In the will, I misspelled her husband's first name: "Lewis" instead of the correct "Louis." She has no previous marriages and no children.

Fair Use / Copyright Laws – Screenshots and Sound Bites
My friend and I are looking to develop a Trivia game for the iPhone. The game would flash screenshots of movies, video games and sports arenas and ask the end user to pick the correct answer. Would we be violating Copyright Laws by using these pictures / screenshots or would this fall under "Fair Use"?

Finding and Order After Hearing
On 02/09/2011, I went to court pro per against my sons,fathers which is being represented by an attorney on a Order to Show Cause custody case. After the Judge made his ruling, he asked the Petitioners counsel to prepare the Order. I just recieved the Order in the mail yesterday

Past Offense stopping me from living my life

Can I sue?
I was recently hired by an airline as a flight attendant pending a successful background check. The company hired by the airline to conduct the background checks reported incorrect information about me. They redid my background check and resubmitted the correct info but by then the airline had already disqualified me and closed my file.

Score difference?
I am signed up, directly through Equifax, for a plan that allows unlimited reports/scores and notifies me of any changes at all 3 bureaus. A few weeks ago (the same day I bought a new car) I pulled my scores and they were EQ/778 EX/792 TU/791. Capital one Back door Number (Hope I put this in the righ Forum this time)
I tried calling the Capital1 back door numbers listed in the "Back door" thread, but it was no different than calling the number on the back of my CC, I was flat out denied for a CLI, I was wondering if anyone has a back door number that actually works?
