Green Card Renewal/Aggravated Felony
My husband is up for renewing his green card in a few years and I'm trying to get info. I know I'll have to contact our immigration lawyer, but just wanted a few opinions.

I was convicted of felony theft in 08 and since have completed the terms of my probation early and received early termination of probation due to completing terms and good behavior.

Does a PDC conviction in S. Carolina affect a DWI suspended jail term sentence in VA?

Expunged conviction
In 1990 I was convicted of a felony in California. In 1994 my conviction was set aside and expunged to a misdemeanor. I am currently seeking employment with a law enforcement agency in California and the application asks if you have been convicted of a felony what do I say and if by saying yes can they automaticaly disqualify me

I want to immigrate to Canada, the only problem is i had a DUI in 2007 and Canada will not let You immigrate untill a dui is 5 years old from the time you have completed your probation. Is there any chance i can get this conviction expunged seeing it is so recent

My Past
Can a husband, while going trough a divorce, take a womans children away from her because she is dating a registered sex offender(the offense was with a 15 year old girl when he was 17 and the conviction was in the state of Indiana and he is now 26, and the charge was misconduct with a minor) can someone please help me?
