What Happens When You Wash Your Hands When They Are Tired?
when i was small, my parents told me to never wash my hands when my hands were tired (video games, basketball, etc) or my hands will start shaking when im older. is this true or false? i heard thers this thing that most likely happens to people which causes them for their hands to shake and they cant control it, like old people

How to initiate action- copyright infringment? Coffee table book with my pictures
I will try this again - but it's irksome that new threads don't seem to get posted here.. especially after spending so much time on them! I am a commercial photographer (more in the past than now) but have just come across a coffee table book with my images published in them. Meliorem conditionem suam facere potest minor deteriorem nequaquam - A minor can make his position better, never worse The presumption of incompetence of minors is legal presumption.It is also rebuttable legal presumption (praesumptio iuris tantum) The presumption of incompetence (and parental authority) are rebuttable IF the child is emancipated .THE child (usually applies to adolescent) petitions a court for emancipation to free him/her from the control of parents and allow the minor to live on his/her own (or under the control of others). Requirements for emancipation vary by state (age,means of support,parental consent to the emancipation ...etc) and if requirements are met,the child becomes emancipated.

fixing my credit report…how to pay back what and when
Hi everyone, my question is simple...first of all just like others out there...I don't have a good score at all. And I know this. BUT I want to correct my mistakes and take control and fix it. Although I know with my bankrutcy in the past is still on my report that it wont come off until 10 years is up ...BUT I was wondering...1. do I pay off the items that are charged off / in collections in full...1 lump sum OR 2.

Need lowdown on canceling credit cards
Hi, my name is Lynn. Over the past 15 years, I have accumulated 7 credit cards, most of which I do not need. I've posted about this subject before and I usually get conflicting answers from people. My car insurance will not give me a lower rate because I have too many credit cards- I have AAA Michigan. First, are there any car insurance companies out there that don't care how many credit cards you own? And second, I want to cancel 3 of the cards I don't use- one's for Midas, The Gap, and an Exxon/ Mobil gas card. I've cut all three of those up and haven't used them in ages. Most people tell me not to cancel, but now that there is new credit card legislation thanks to our President-can I cancel a card without a penalty to my FICO SCORE???? My score is 743. I have never been in debt so far but I did make one late payment that was beyond my control, I was in the hospital and noone could help me with it. Is there any way I can write an explanation on my report of why it was late or possibly get it erased without resorting to a law firm to go through all the red tape for me, as I can't afford to do that? I know I'm asking some tough questions, however, I really need to hear some sound ideas and beliefs about how I can improve this situation without jeopardizing my score. Please respond, especially if you've gone through something similar to this and it turned out all right. Thank you very much!!!!
