Breach of Real Estate Contract
I signed a contract to purchase a New home in Missouri. Due to many factors I made the decision that I could not buy the property at this time, so I informed the Real State Agent. In the contract we agreed that the construction company will provide a fence, blinds and pay for a portion of the closing cost.

Bank Failing with my extended construction loan
At the end of all of this, my basic question is whether I should be looking for a lawyer or not at this time. 2 1/2 years ago I got a construction loan from a smaller local bank to build my house here in Colorado. It was found through a mortgage broker who also was paid to get us the final loan once the construction was complete

Charging for supplies that were not signed for
Im in the construction business and have a supplier charging me for materials that my people did not sign for. We have ordered the same material from this same supplier on the site jobsite but just not the amount they claim.

Office Accountability

purchased lights, did not receive, out of business
I purchase lighting at a light store 11/30 and paid in full. I asked them if they could hold the lights until March during my construction, they agreed. The store moved to a new location in December.

Hello, We moved into this place back in August. When we initially walked through we were told the only thing wrong with the unit was the furnace did not work and that would be fixed as soon as we paid a few months rent.
