Hello Everyone, I have an entry from a utility company listed as: Paid/Closed ; Charge Off $233 It got charged off in March 2008 and paid in full a couple of months later.

Right broken foot
I sustained a work related injury about a month ago. The doctor under pressure from workers comp is pressuring me to remove the air cast boot I am currently wearing for a Right Foot stress fracture in order to drive. This continues to cause me pain every time I put pressure on the brake or accelerator.

Being sued due to a denied dental claim that I did not know of
2 years ago, I received a dental service from a dentist. Back then they charged me for a portion of the service, and they made a claim to the dental insurance company for the rest ($900). Since then I have not heard from either the dentist or the health insurance company about the outcome of the claim
