stuck by dirty needle, what was I exposed to?
I am a nurse working in a nursing home. After injecting a patient with insulin I was punctured by the dirty needle. I filed a wc report and was sent for blood work at wc doctor (hiv, hep)

17 yrs old & NO RIGHTS
A young girl who has a very abusive father(psychologically,emotionally & verbally)she is 17 yrs old. She refuses to go to Family services because the last time they did(she has a sister)it just made it worse. Survelance illegal or legal?
If a company doesn’t have a sign on their window saying " you are being recorded through audio and video on surveillance " is the company still allowed to record you whether it be video or audio without your consent or knowledge? If they can, can they ever use it against you? And if you work for the company does this make any difference whether they have a sign or not on the window?

Extra-curricular activities expenses
My ex-husband and I share joint legal and physical custody of our 12 year old son. If my ex signs our son up for extra-curricular activities without first getting my consent to do so, am I under legal obligation to pay for half of the expenses associated with said activity? Thank you

Legally change a child’slast name in NC
I have custody of my son the other parent has not seen him in three years hasn't called in months, I have custody I am wanting to change is last name I have no way of getting up with his mom not a phone number or an address I read this (with the consent of the a parent who has custody of the minor and has supported the minor, without the necessity of obtaining the consent of the other parent, when the clerk of court is satisfied that the other parent has abandoned the minor) with that I would not need her permission how do I go about changing my sons name that way?

Employer taking money without consent
I work for a medium sized company in Tennessee, and recently one of the old managers stole some product from a locked case that the regular employees do not have the keys to gain entry to. We earn minimum wage plus commission. The management decided that because of the missing product, they were going to deduct money from all the employees checks with or without our consent
