Bigger Credit Score Hit: Refinance or SlowPay?
I've been unemployed for a while and with the benefits about to expire, I inquired about refinancing my 2 auto loans with my credit union. The credit union offered to temporarily reduce the payments for the next 6-8 months instead of refinancing, but would report as a slow pay. Payment reduction in both scenarios is about 50% I expect to return to work within that time frame, either as part or full time and then resume full payments (reduction scenario) or if able to double up on the payments (refinance scenario)

Co. reduced order "on paper" to lessen commission due
To Whom it May Concern: I was recently dismissed from a company for which I was a sales rep. I believe an order that was pending customer approval and for which I was promised I'd be paid, was altered "on paper" (without customer knowledge) to reduce the order value so that the commission owed would be less. I'm very curious to find out if there are any legal options available to me

Loss of full time employment
Hello, This is our concern … a friend of ours has cancer and has been in treatment since last August. She’s a teacher’s aid and they are dissolving the full time position at her current location and are transferring her to another school district, where she will work on a part time basis. This will cancel her benefits and that will have a devastating effect on her condition.

Complaints about smoking in the building
In general the question is regarding how much reasonable accomodation one has to make towards a tenant that insists that the unit below them is causing her concern because of second hand smoke. We have tenants that smoke and do not smoke
