Can I/Should I file a lawsuit?
After pulling my credit bureau I found a listing from Navigator Telecommunication in Arkansas. Not remember having service with this company I sent a validation request. The account is apparently from January - March 2005 for home telephone service.

Chance of getting a personal loan?
I have a fico score of 678-679 right now. I need a loan of about 2,000 to pay for tuition for the summer. I can't get anymore federal loans this year, so I'm going to apply for a personal loan. I only have one collection on my account (for 65.00), and I did a PFD today, so if it comes off fast enough, my credit will be clean. I have 12,000 in student loans, and 800.00 credit limit, with a 0 balance, and income is fine for my expenses. Are personal loans fairly easy to get approved for? I'm almost debating on applying for a credit card instead, if that would be easier. (this is my last quarter in school, and it will be paid off in 3 months. Any advise from you guys? My biggest question, is everything automated these days. If I bring in a copy of my credit report, can they look at it, and approve me from that informaion (obviously a real credit report would have to be pulled to verify), or do they leave it all up to computers now a days and won't be able to help me without a hard pull first.

Charged with Larceny after picking up radio to turn in
During the past holiday season and final exam week, I noticed an abandoned radio/walkie talkie. After realizing it was still abandoned after visiting our student lounge I searched the first floor lobby and hallways for someone to find the owner of the radio, a janitor or authority figure to turn in the radio. No one was to be found on the first floor
