First a little background. I am currently separated from my husband who is a US Marine and currently stationed in Japan.
If I have a combined auto insurance policy with my my spouse, does the claim history follow both of us?
I have a contract of automobile insurance with my wife. He had an accident and filed a complaint. He has no intention of buying another car and use public transport. If I drop of my policy, my rates go again because of his claim, even if it was not involved in the accident? If I go with a different insurance company only for me, you also cite the higher rates because of demand?
