Second Judiciary District
County of Bernalillo
State of New Mexico

In the matter of ADA
Affidavit In Support of Motion For Reconsideration

 Comes Now ADA, and in support of that pending motion for
Reconsideration herein, submits the following Affidavit of John Doe,
he stating:

1)	I am John Doe, State of New Mexico native and resident, having attended
Del Norte High School in Albuquerque with ADA;

2)	I attended with ADA that hearing in Metropolitan Court held April 6, 1990, and personally observed the influence and coercion on Judge by two (2) uniformed APD officers just prior to her denying that motion;

3)	I also observed just outside said courtroom the same two (2) APD officers eavesdropping on mine and attorney’s-client conversation regarding the details of that matter which ADA wished me to testify about as example of inappropriate law enforcement activity:

4)	Some details of this matter are that:
(A)	I was with Jane Doe on October 28, 1972, the day she was murdered, in fact we had recently married;
(B)	Jane Doe and I on that day were traveling in a Volkswagen, from Aztec, N. M. towards Durango, Colorado, and after meeting the ‘ snitch’ with the passport we proceeded on until we got to a point south of Bondad, Colorado;
(C)	At said point there were a couple of trucks parked off to the side of the highway and as we approached them, with Jane doe driving, it appeared the individuals standing around the trucks were hunters, in fact Neville remarked “ Look at the deer hunters, Dear.” ;
(D) Just after this remark as we pulled alongside these trucks and individuals she started screaming when they started shooting at us, just before she was blown into eternity by their gunfire;
(E)	In spite of the fact I was seriously wounded by this gunfire I was able to escape this “ drygulch” ambush that was waiting in the wings;
(F)	At the Coroner’s Inquest held in Durango, Colorado, I was advised by my attorney to take the 5th since I had been charged with her murder, and I did so;
(G)	Two (2) APD officers testified at this inquest, who were at the aforementioned incident scene, first officer and then second officer and they both said Jane Doe had tried to run a roadblock, when in fact there was no roadblock or warning of any kind;
(H)	I believe said “drygulch” ambush was an attempt to eliminate me after I had refused to ‘mule’ (smuggle) ‘ Mexican mud’ ( brown heroin) for John Doe subsequent to having seen him and asked about him at my ‘pot’
(marijuana) connection in Juarez;

(I)	I continue to fear for my life as a result of this situation.
Further, this affiant sayeth hereon.

John Doe has since passed away.

Just got this in mail from district court. Order to Dismiss Registration of Foreign Support Order.
I have had a foriegn support order for child support for quite a few years here in Nebraska from Colorado. Also way behind in support payments. This seems to say that that the court reacords are cleared of all arrearages because Fremont county Colorado has requested Nebraska close their registration case.
OK what does this mean??????

CACV of Colorado is currently trying to sue me again. They initially filed suit in MS in December 2006 over a debt they purchased from another company. I filed an answer with the county clerk and wrote a letter to them in June 2007 stating that I was a victim of Katrina and that I was unemployed. I (stupidly) stated that I would pay when I could. I did not hear from them until I got a notice for summary judgment in Aug/Sept. of this year. The docket number was the same as from 2006/2007. I sent them a letter in Sept. that stated that the statue of limitations on the debt had expired and to cease contacting me. The case was dormant for 3 years. I thought due to failure to prosecute they would have had to re-file, which I doubt they could do due to the SOL expiring. The original debt has fallen off my credit report. CACV of Colorado tried to keep the item on my credit report under their name with a date from 6-2007 listed. I disputed the item through the credit bureau and it was removed. Can they still sue me? Wouldn’t they have to re-file since the original docket was from 2006?

Hello-

My grandfather in Colorado recently passed away and he had a car that he was still making payments on. The car is not worth what he has left on it and we do not know what to do. Is it possible just to call the bank up to have them take possession again or will we be responsible for the difference between what is owed and what it’s worth.

Thanks for your help…

HI,

I defaulted on a Providian credit card in January 2006when I lived in California. My last payment was Jan. 2006. I tried to work out a deal with them and they would not help. I even sent them a registered letter trying to work out an agreement that I could afford. I could not pay what they wanted and they had hike the interest to 32%. I recently moved to Colorado(September 2009). Does statute of limitations begin when the creditor sends to collection agency or does it begin after you make the last payment? In which state will the statute of limitations prevail.

Thanks so much.

Hello,

I work at a Wal-Mart in Colorado, United States.

I went out last night drinking, had a lot to drink and stayed up late. I went to work the next day and was told I smelled like alcohol. I figured I wasn’t drunk but it was surely possible I might still have the smell on me.

I was sent with a manager, as I am a manager there to get drug tested as I complied because I had nothing to hide.

The store manager told me if I was at a .04 or lower during this suspension from work, all the days I miss I will be paid for. If I am .04 or higher then I am terminated.

I took the breathelizer and it registered a .029, which beats her figure, and then we left. After leaving we were told it was required that we had to go get the urine and blood test, so we had to go back to the facility and be tested for the urine since they would not do the blood. I don’t know the results but logically we can assume it was lower and the urine test was done 3 hours later than the breathelizer. Obviously in both cases I am under her .04 score.

Is my job safe is the question?

Is this a state law of Colorado for firing employees that they have to exceed .04, which in Colorado is the minimum for DWAI the lower offense of .08 DUI?

Or was she lying to me and can I still be fired for this?

No worries on the urine test either, I do not take drugs.

Thank you very much for answering my question,

Rebirth
