My medical debt on daughter’s credit report
My 20 yr old daughter who is a college student was having trouble getting a credit card even though she had absolutely no debt or collections, so she pulled her credit report.

Speeding ticket in MA, but I am a licensed driver from NY
I was pulled over for speeding in massachusetts i am from new york. The officer ticketed me for doing 93 in a 65 (mass pike) and there is no way i could have been going that fast. I have/had a clean driving record till this.

Multiple Tenant Lease or Sublet?
My daughter, a college student, would like to rent an apartment in Virginia with 2 friends. She has known them for 6 months and feels they would be good roommates. Even so, she is concerned about what would happen if a roommate can not pay their rent or turns out to be a roommate "problem".
