Is it possible to get a mortgage when one borrower has a credit score BELOW 500?
I was just told my Quicken Loans that since my fiance has a credit score below 500 that he can’t help us. Mine is about 600. With my income alone, I can’t get approved. But with his credit score, I can’t get approved. Any mortgage lenders out there have a clue what I can do?
I would appreciate no CRITISISM by answerers. I don’t need to be judged, thanks. Mind yourself.

wrongly evicted
I was evicted back in April and now my boyfriend is trying to get an apartment on his own and when they ran his credit score my eviction shows up on his record. I do not know how thats even possible if he was not living with me he was not on the lease, he never sign nothing saying he was a resident living there, He would stay the night but thats about it. the only way i think this even happened was when the process server served me MY PAPERS he had ask me if i was not here was there anyone else he can give my papers to and i said my boyfriends name

possesion of marijuana
Ok, so i was driving home and got pulled over for my hid's on the car, they called someone and when they came they had a drug dog.at that second, i told them that i have a small bag of it in the car.i also got a ticket for my inspection not being proper(i got the car form a guy about 2 months ago, and i had no clue it was like that).they searched everythign and just found the bag i told them i had. i got my car towed because of the lights, but the police officer told me to drive my friends car home that picked me up because it was past curfew and hes only 17.he did not get in trouble. this is my first ticket for anything other then my exhaust being too loud

father is moving and wont tell me where
My daughters father and I have Joint physical custody, although he has her for 1 full more day than I do..since you cant split 7 days evenly..When my daughter arrived at my house the other day I found out that her is moving at the end of this week, he has not told me about this.

I received a summons today for a cc debt that was last paid on in Dec-2005. I live in AZ and I know the sol is 3 years for credit cards.

fired for sexual harassment that was not intended
i was fired on a charge of sexual harassment due to a practical joke played off the clock and out of uniform on another employee, while several employees and even managers blantantly sexually harass others all the time day in and day out i have heard lewd comments.
