nightmare in the workplace
hi i work for a large company . for the past 2 years i have had a co worker giving me a hard time. she has spray ed me with body spray b/c i smoke even though i am not the only person in my dept.

Remote Monitoring of 7-year-old Son in Public School – Michigan
My 7-year-old son is in second grade and attends a public school district. Is it legal for me to attach a tiny, concealed audio device to his clothing so I can listen to his surroundings remotely? I am concerned that a certain volunteer parent may be verbally abusing him, but I can't seem to get a straight answer from his teacher or the principal

Conflicting Clothing Brand / Label name for TM
Hello to everyone, I am seeking some advice regarding a possible confliction of TM names. First, I am located in Florida and the business with the like name is in NJ. I am trying to start, or better to say, restart a clothing line that I came up with back in 1995; the parent business name is Miami **** **** Association , then umbrellaed under that are Miami **** **** Club , Miami **** **** Syndicate , Miami **** **** Cigars and Miami **** **** Records .
