underage alcohol possession 3 years ago…did i basically agree to being ‘guilty’?
I'm in California and a few years ago was charged with a 23224B a few years ago. At the time I was told by the judge to take a drug and alcohol education class and that it could be expunged within my records so I agreed to taking the class. I probably should have asked then, but did I basically admit that I was guilty?

Wyotech Program Issue
Hello, I'm currently residing in Daly City, California and go to Wyotech of Fremont in California as well. This is an automotive trade school and I'm currently attending their smog program. My question is that when I originally signed up for this course, which is 6 weeks, the administration told me that the class is suppose to be $2995 for the six weeks

Threatening to kill someone
I have this kid in my class (im in high school) and he kept making fun of me, i threatened to shoot him but he told the principal and i admited it, it was the first time i did it and we have to file a police report. If they pressed charges how many years could i get if i plead guilty(even that my anti-depressents, mood stabalizers and some other med makes me have homicidal thoughts)

Theft then Drug Charges
Texas I recieved a Class B misdemeanor for Theft at the local Mall then once I got to the jail my friends medicine were in my bag which were considered a Class A misdemeanor of Controlled Substance. I'm a 18 year-old currently in college, what will my punishments be? Will I be able to get these cleared off my record
