How do I make an auto insurance claim for scratches through auto owners?
I bought a used car a few months ago with a finish almost perfect. In recent months has been scratched several times by my nephew on his bike. We talked and now I have to file a complaint with my insurance. The marks are everywhere, behind the trunk, rear quarter panel on the right, hood, left rear quarter arrière.Le problem is before I knew I could ask for compensation, I used a touch-up kit to cover scratches and gouges are therefore difficult to see. But I could still take pictures of them as they are now and probably get a letter from the seller, proclaiming the condition that I was told what else do I file a complaint with the owners of Auto? filing a claim
I going to take an ambulance company to small claims. I live almost 500 miles away from defendant's home town ,and where the incident occurred .My question is .Can I file the claim in the city I live in, or is it mandatory for me to file the claim were the defendant lives and were the incident occurred in order to take him to court?

Accused of not stopping for a school bus! Also, got a ticket for expired registration
Hey guys, Recenlty coming home from work I saw an approaching school bus as I was driving. The bus was coming in the opposite direction on a two lane raod. As we got closer to each other the driver put on the yellow lights, I pondered just stopping right there but she kept driving with the yellow lights on.
