Injuries in civil rights case didn’t pass the demurer. Can I appeal injuries 2 WCB ?
I filed a civil rights lawsuit against San Bernardino county. Included in the case were three counts of battery with provable injuries that were directly and immediately tied to the civil rights violations.

Vacating a Judgement & Suing Law Firm/Collection Agency?
I was made aware that there was a judgement against me when I received a letter from the law firm stating a judgement for $2042.61. (1.) I need to have the judgement vacated because the firm/company who sued had no right to sue me nor did they issue a summons or notify me that they had filed a case in NY Civil Court. I had been in touch with the law firm prior to the civil suit because they sent collection letters

Don’t Ask Don’t Tell Repeal
Hey guys, I know that this was done a while ago, but I only recently stumbled on this site and thought I would get a more professional take on this than what I get from my normal message boards. (I also know that this was taken care of by congress, but this is more of a philosophical [maybe jurisdictional?] question than a question of politics or beliefs) Here is the question, now that my preamble is finished...when the civilian court ruled that DADT was unconstitutional, how was that within their bounds? If the military has its own separate judiciary, where is the call for a civil court to be able to mandate their policy?

My ticket was dismissed via Trial by Dec, but they still charged me civil assessment
I received a speeding ticket in California. My speeding ticket was dismissed via trial by written declaration, but the civil assessment, which was attached to it, was not. They took out the amount for the civil assessment from the bail amount that I paid, and then they refunded the rest, which was not that much.

NYC Civil v Supreme Court
My case started in Supreme Court, it was transferred 325d to Civil. I need to file an OSC/TRO, but I was told by the Civil ProSe office that Civil does not have TRO, that I should go back to Supreme and file an OSC/TRO in Supreme or ask to transfer the case back to Supreme. Is this true?
