Filing for sole custody?
I have posted previously with different questions and have not received an answer so I thought I would try a new question. I have an 8, almost 9 year old daughter who's biological father has had limited contact with her since we split when she was 9months old. We have both since married (we never married each other but he signed for paternity at the hospital when she was born)

Concerns of deadbeat dad attempting full custody.
Mother and Father had two children now ages 6 and 4 out of wedlock. Mother has been providing borderline adequate care for children in apartment for about 5 years

Need advise trying to gain full custody
Hi I am seeking full custody of my two children they are ages 16 and 14, we have a current joint custody order in place since 1999, but their father has not played an active role in their lives. He does no call, does not pay ordered child support, and frankly doesnt care. When I called him to tell him that I was going to file for full custody he said fine but I will fight you.

Ex has been paying child support BUT…
When our divorce was finalized last June, he didn't want to have the state take and record the child support payments because that would be giving up too much control over me.

Name change of a minor
I live in San Diego California. When my daughter was born in 2006, I had the father put on the birth certificate and hyphenated her last name (mine-his). Soon after she was born, he rarely ever saw her, was on drugs etc.

Do I actually have a chance of getting my son back?
When I was 15 (my now husband was 18) we had a son. My parents weren't able to help support a child and neither was my husband or his family. My aunt let me come live with her.

Probation Violation Hearing in Child Support Case
I just got a letter stating I have a probation violation hearing for a child support case. I have been paying as much as possible for the last two years, and my probation is already lifted.
