paying my navy federal cc
wasn't sure what forum to put this in, so feel free to move it to another! can you not pay nfcu cards online? it seems like the only way to do so is to transfer from checking to the card, & we don't do our checking there. i don't want to have to snail mail my payments in all the time, that sucks! (i'm running into this problem with our new car loan as well, doggone it!)

Never helped with any mortage payments
Location: New Jersey Hi...I have been married for 14 years and had purchased my home a few years prior to marriage...thru out marriage my wife has always refused to help with mortgage payments or any type of maintance of home, or homeowners insurance etc...basically anything to do with home...her answer was always .."it's your house why should I" even though she has lived in the home...she actually makes more than I do..but just helps with the electric bill, cable bill, car insurance, and garbage disposal bill...these she says she helps with because she uses the service ( but when mad she won't help and since my name and my credit ratting, I have to worry about them) ...she says since the house is in my name she won't help with it...but always says as a threat that if we get divorced she wants half the house...I can show that it has always been myself paying for the house ,since she insists on separate accounts and all payments having been from my checking account or for the last few years direct payment electronically from my account. Even when I was out of work for a few months due to a injury, she would not help and I had to scrape by to make payments... My Question: In case of a divorce is there anything I can do to protect my house..??

Will a paid tax lien be negative on credit report?
Hello, This is my first time posting here. I'm getting ready to send in a payment agreement for some state income taxes that I owe. It's an agreement to pay so much per month and they take it straight out of your checking account. It says on the form that they will file a state tax lien to protect the state's interest, but that they will release the lien after the debt is paid. I'm not sure how I feel about this. How badly will this affect our credit scores? My husband's score is in the mid 700s and mine is around 700. It would be very difficult to pay this all of at once (maybe impossible), but I don't want to impact our credit score since we are interested in refinancing our house soon. Will it only be considered a negative while unpaid, or will it still be negative once paid? I was told that they don't report it to the CUs, rather that they pick it up on their own since it will be a public record.

Violation of Truth in Savings Disclosure for Term Deposit by Federally Insured Bank
My question involves a banking matter in the State of: NJ I opened a checking and few term deposits with a small bank in NJ Regulated by the FDIC. The APY for the term deposit was relatively high around 5.5% or 10 year deposit which is a little rare this year

Do 30 day late payments always post to the credit bureaus?
I inadvertently had a 30 day late car payment this month...I have been struggling lately to keep this loan payment under 30 days, but have been succesful. The other day, I made a check by phone payment, and it did not take in the system. I noticed it not taken out of my checking account promptly and called the bank the next day. The man I spoke with said it just hadnt posted in the system, wait until a certain time.

Unauthorized Check Transaction, Repossetion, Harrassment.
On 8/4/10 an unauthorized electronic check was presented and cleared on my checking account by Cons., resulting in overdraft fees and clearing my checking account funds. I discovered this after it had occured and contacted Cons who advised me to get a copy of the check and statement showing $249.85 had been taken from my account. I spoke to Beaumont Corp
