Reduced Criminal Charge…what does this forfeit me legally?
I was arrested for a criminal damage to property and this charge was reduced to a non-criminal ordinance violation.

In December I was issued a new credit card from my bank, upgrading me from a Secured to a Regular Card. January 30 I paid on line a utility bill for city water and January 31 it posted to my account. This same day someone called Best Buy store #6551 in Coeur D Alene and purchased by telephone a 60" Sharp TV for $1,377.99 using my credit card information

Indecency With a Child by Contact
My son pled quilty to the charge of "Indecency With a Child by Contact". On the JUDGEMENT OF CONVICTION BY COURT it lists the statue as 21.1(a)(1) and the degree of offense as a 2nd degree felony. His plea bargain resulted in a sentence of 7 years.

Hi, I live in Illinois, and a couple years ago I got arrested and charged with a felony for misuse of a credit card. The Judge ordered me on probation, and once I have paid back all restitution I would be off probation and my charge will be plead down to a misdemeanor

Separating charges at time of arrest
I was debating this with a supervisor today, and since I am not the supervisor I figure I am probably wrong, but I have since found that his reasoning is also wrong, although he may ultimately still be right. The topic was whether at the time of arrest charges against a suspect could be separated into different cases

Can Collectors still report Late even after Charge off?
I have a bill from 2005 and Charged off on March 2006... They been reporting late each month since then to this day
