Name change of a minor
I live in San Diego California. When my daughter was born in 2006, I had the father put on the birth certificate and hyphenated her last name (mine-his). Soon after she was born, he rarely ever saw her, was on drugs etc.

applying for different types of credit at once
Not sure where to post this but if one were to apply for an auto loan, credit card, and a line of credit all in the same day, which one should be done first and what are my chances of getting approved, i am guessing I should apply for the car loan first, anybody got any suggestions?

Hi, In case I file charges against my spouse of infedility and also having a baby with another married person in the state of NY, what are the chances of getting a paternity test of the baby. I Was Rear Ended n Left the Scene. Now I Have a Letter 4m Police. What Do I Do?
I was rear ended while trying to pass a car two weeks ago, pulled over and the man was acting crazy yelling so I left the scene (plz help I know that was STUPID) pulled over and checked my car and there was no damage so i figured it was no big deal...because he rear ended me!...BIG MISTAKE! I just received a letter from the police that I was involved in a hit and run...I have 2 contact them tomorrow.
