Motorcycle Accident
On Sept. 9, 2007 in New Jersey, I was a passenger on my husband's motorcycle when very abruptly the car in front of us slammed on its brakes causing us to slide. My right lower leg hit the rear rubber inlayed bumper of the car and that caused a severe 3rd degree friction burn.

How to sue the state of Oklahoma
I would like some advice on suing the state of Oklahoma; for reasons to wit; Child abduction- violated Child act agreeded between states(breach of contract) Child abuse-faliure to recognize child endangerment harrassmant-many witnesses to harrassment of the father(opposing attorneys) sham legal practice-Missing documents vital to the case. Suing home improvement contractor in small claims court (pro se). How to prepare?
I am suing a home improvement contractor in small claims court, pro se. He took a 50% deposit and did a very, very small portion of the job. I have copies of correspondence where it should clearly show that I tried to reach him, tried to work with him, and he promised over and over that he would come to do the work but never did.
