Is selling a used car to a minor with a license illegal?

About a week ago, my wife and I had sold our Ford to someone. This person showed up with another individual who he said, "Knew about cars". After a test drive and a careful look over of the vehicle he decided to make the purchase.

How enforcible is this puppy contract?

So back in 2006 I purchased a show dog from a breeder and signed a contract (breeder lives in Oregon) The breeder is not registered as a co-owner of the dog with the AKC. I've spent a lot of time and money getting the dog a championship and health testing so I can breed her, but I've become very annoyed with the breeder for forcing me to breed the dog her way (all at my cost) and then give her a free puppy, according to these contract terms. I'm just wondering how enforcible this co-ownership/breeding part of her contract is because she is driving me nuts

Ebay non-binding vehicle auction vs deposit

I recently sold a vehicle on Ebay - the listing specified $1000 deposit in a 48hr time frame (it was NOT specified as non-refundable). I agreed to take $500 deposit within the specified timeframe due to buyer financial issues covering shipping costs for the vehicle. Buyer sent it via PayPal almost immediately.

Ebay transaction, fradulent Paypal Unauthorized Payment Claim, Loss of money and item

Hello, In June I sold a Canon DSLR on Ebay for $800. The buyers were French citizens travelling through the US and requested overnight shipping to their current location. I agreed, and charged $130 for shipping after estimating the costs by UPS.

Friend of mine sold his season tickets to a sporting team to a buyer last year and around the time of the Olympics the buyer asked about renewal for the upcoming year.

Cana buyer back out of an Agreement of Purchase and sale

Agrrement was signed by both parties but the buyer changed his mind before handing over the deposit cheque. Is that legal?

Landlord stealing my buyer?

I have a retail grocery store in a strip mall in WA state and my lease is currently up at the end of March, 2010. I had found a potential buyer for my grocery store and in order for the landlord to negotiate a new lease with the buyer the landlord asked to meet him and get financial information from him. I put them in touch with each other.
