Question About Occupant on Lease
Hello -- I am listed as an occupant on the lease, not as the tenant. Our landlord recently initiated retaliatory eviction proceedings against the tenant (because he requested repairs) and unfortunately the dispute is getting quite nasty between them. The tenant is now taking the landlord to court to get relief under the Texas Property Code for the repairs and is also contesting the retaliatory eviction

I am currently in the middle of a battle with my husband's ex-wife and her family. How do I respond to a motion to set aside a default divorce decree
About 10 months ago I got a divorce by default decree , now the woman who was ok with that and never contested it says she was never told about it(It had to be published since she was overseas and would not contact me or give me her address) I need to know how I can respond (what specific form or response letter) to the Judge in this matter so I can address my attempts in detail. I also know that the motion was prepared by a paralegal that notarized the signature of my ex wife.
