Conflicting Clothing Brand / Label name for TM
Hello to everyone, I am seeking some advice regarding a possible confliction of TM names. First, I am located in Florida and the business with the like name is in NJ. I am trying to start, or better to say, restart a clothing line that I came up with back in 1995; the parent business name is Miami **** **** Association , then umbrellaed under that are Miami **** **** Club , Miami **** **** Syndicate , Miami **** **** Cigars and Miami **** **** Records .

Is an NCND necessary for website development
I have a business idea and need to get bids from web developers for costs. In doing so I will need to disclose the business model and framework. Should I have every person that bids on the project sign one of these to protect myself from them stealing my idea?

Landlord withholding Information about Company
I live in Los Angeles CA. During the course of my lease my landlord has been posing as a low level employee all year and always saying she had to talk to "management," repeatedly stating that "they" overwork her. County treasurer forced payment on past tax that wasn’t mine.
My mother owned a tanning salon from 1999-2002. Last month she went to get her auto tag renewed at the Court House. She was told that she would have to pay back property taxes on the tanning equipment from 1996,97,98,99, and 2000, before she would be allowed to get her car tag.
