Am I entitled to see my mother’s will?
My mother recently died and my brother says he is in possession of her will and that she left all of her property to him and nothing to my sister or me. He refuses to send me a copy of the will because he says he wants to protect me from hurtful things my mother put in the will. I understand he must file the will with probate and I can obtain a copy then
