want my daughter back
I lost my parental rights and my daughter was adopted by my brother and his now ex-wife who live in Michigan. I need to know at what age does my daughter have the right to choose where and with whom she wants to live and can come back to live with me her biological mother in Nebraska without having to have permission from my brother or his ex-wife, her adopted parents

Adoption of a child
My husband and I have legal guardianship of a 2 year old girl and we have had her since she was 5 months old. We are all she know as far as mother and father. We want to adopt her and in the state of Colorado, we were told we could do a custodial adoption if we've had her over a year.

Filing for sole custody?
I have posted previously with different questions and have not received an answer so I thought I would try a new question. I have an 8, almost 9 year old daughter who's biological father has had limited contact with her since we split when she was 9months old. We have both since married (we never married each other but he signed for paternity at the hospital when she was born)
