Need advise trying to gain full custody
Hi I am seeking full custody of my two children they are ages 16 and 14, we have a current joint custody order in place since 1999, but their father has not played an active role in their lives. He does no call, does not pay ordered child support, and frankly doesnt care. When I called him to tell him that I was going to file for full custody he said fine but I will fight you.

This Will Make You Scratch Your Head / How Do I Change My Birth Certificate?
I have a feeling this might be a new legal question / issue that no one here has ever heard or dealt with before. I don’t even know how to begin to have this messed cleaned up and fixed so I am hoping that someone here can start me off in the right direction. A few years ago I found out (by accident really) that the man listed on my birth certificate is not actually my father.

step father adoption
I have sole legal and physical custody of my 6 year old daughter, the biological father was granted supervised visit, but never went to court to get them, then his mother filed for grandparent visits and was granted them. I tried to have them removed but was unsuccessful, and the biological father states he sees them on her visits, but the court order was for supervised and he was supposed to do anger management classes, that he never did. I brought this up to the court but nothing was done, my husband has been fully supporting and raising my daughter and wants to get custody on her

Obtaining custody of a child not related to me

Bio’s Parental rights terminated Adoption started can she reverse the termination?
My sons biological mothers parental rights were terminated by the courts this past May. Things seemed to be great and I (step mom) have filed for adoption. Now the biological mother is saying that shes gunna get papers and take my son from us.

bad family life needs help
My little sister is 14 and lives with our biological mom with a 17 year old pregnant sister who is due anytime and her boyfriend and another adopted child. She wants out of that situation where she hardly has food to eat and gets bullied by the pregnant sister.
