Can he bill me if electrical work was already done and not documented?
When we moved in, our lot was supposed to be 100 amp service, but found out after a fire in the meter breaker box (thankfully not attached to house) that it was 50. Since it was the local utility company kindly checking it for me and they didn't have breakers, I went to the hardware store and bought one...but they didn't have 100, so I got (I'm relatively certain 75 amp). The worker put it in and advised me it would need to be changed asap.

Credit Card Processing Fee added to bill
I recently had to go to the hospital and because of no insurance, I provided a "down payment" via credit card for the services I needed. Today, I received the billing details. It showed the $4000.00 deposit and then a $600.00 charge below that listed with the same detail as my deposit

Bad Credit Still Showing
I've been working on my credit scores, credit behavior and practicing better credit management over the last three years. It has truly paid off. However, I feel stuck. Last year I bought my house. What an accomplishment. Best decide ever. At that time I had credit score between 630-655. I thougth now that I have purchased my house, my credit score would go up significantly. It has not. Since Aug 09 to date it has only increased 10 points. Currently 665.

Gym membership contract
So, I had a gym membership with a martial arts academy. The monthly tuition was $150 a month. When I signed a one year contract, I was not told that it would automatically renew. I lost my job and had to relocate, so I sent the billing company notification that I would not be continuing my training via certified mail. There was a stipulation in the contract that if I move more than 25 miles from my original address when I signed the contract that I would be ok to cancel. Today, I got a letter in the mail stating that I am delinquent in my payments and they may take legal action and attack my credit. What can I do to prevent this from happening? I notified them in the way they asked and they still want to come after me.
