Do I have a case? I need help asap!
Im currently serving in the military over seas, GE money bank never contacted me with a problem with payments, they tried to take an un authorized payment from my account then when is came back as NSF they repossesed the motorcycle, knowing that I was in the military serving over seas. They did not contact me nor have a court order to repo the bike as stated i nthe soldiers and sailors relief act. To top it all the repo company "totalted" the bike and now they say Im resposnsible for all fees, etc.

I am currently planning on making a purchase on a motorcycle. I can afford to pay for the bike cash however i want to raise my FICO score.
