Loss of full time employment
Hello, This is our concern … a friend of ours has cancer and has been in treatment since last August. She’s a teacher’s aid and they are dissolving the full time position at her current location and are transferring her to another school district, where she will work on a part time basis. This will cancel her benefits and that will have a devastating effect on her condition.

I took a position 6 month ago with a 6 month probationary period of which I am no longer within as of today. When I was hired I was told by the Personnel Board that my family would get healthcare benefits. After taking the job, I only have the benefits and my wife and kids do not.
