Motion Denied
My company was being sued for a default judgement, and in our Answer back, we filed a counterclaim. The plaintiffs default judgement was deined based on evidence and we were granted the right to proceed with our countercalim.

Confused with the civil process
about a yr ago I rec'd a MDJ hearing notice...Plaintiff...Chase notified MDJ of notice to defend not long after, rec'd notice of hearing cancellation. nothing rec'd for new MDJ court date rec'd via USPS a 20 day notice "I have been sued" from the court house through regular mail - not certified. called the court house and asked what I needed to do...went and filed a "response of denial" within the 20 days as instructed.

Notice to Admit
Thank you all again for your help in advance. After Answering the complaint by neither denying or admiting, I received these 2 things in the mail...Notice to Admit and 1st set of Interrogatories. I am being sued by a debt collector/attorney, but the suit is from the bank(plantiff) against me.
