Representing Yourself- but bed bound?
I know you have a right to represent yourself in court and putting aside any reasons that may be a bad idea, I'm curious how that would work in my situation... Due to a medical condition last year I was hospitalized for a long time and unfortunately for various reasons during this hospitalization I was left unable to walk... I've been bed bound since being released from the hospital and then rehab..

My 21yr old daughter is being charged with conspriacy in the 4th degree
On 6/3/10, the police barged into my apartment looking for my daughter, and my son. They stated they had an arrest warrant for my daughter,I asked to see the warrant and it was held in front of my face. I was only able to read my daughter's name

My friend was released from prison in January 2010, but instead of being released in Riverside Co. where he lives and works now, he was released in LA county where he lived about 8 years ago
