About to legally seperate or divorse…..
My husband and I have been together for 13yrs in which 4 of them where married. After to much argueing and not being able to see eye to eye for the last couple of years, we seperated.

Bench warrants and passports
Can anyone tell me if a local bench warrant for failure to appear (FTA) will prevent one from being able to renew a U.S. passport
