How can I become a mortgage broker in california?

I can not find legitimate information on becoming a mortgage broker in California. Many websites that claim to have information sharing actually very little and are just plain fraud. I find information on mortgage broker training and possibly information on finding a school (preferably Los Angeles) where I can find the training to become a mortgage broker.

How do I become a mortgage broker in ohio?

I know that the mortgage industry is in trouble now, but I’m looking to the future, when we return. Wondering what requirments there are to become a mortgage broker in Ohio. I try to work in this area on the side, as I work in sales full time. Also what are the commissions paid to brokers for sub-prime mortgage loans typical premium at risk, and Jumbo. . . And ‘this break with the company you work for? I already work 100% of the Commission, which is not a problem. The entry of this career is very popular, ie the ups and downs.
