Tenant Property damage

Slip & Fall at renal house

Former landlord arrives at our current apartment threatening legal action
My family lived in a duplex for almost 30 years as model tenants and moved to a new apartment a few months ago. Our former landlord rarely fixed anything in the house, even when asked.
