New property manager out of his mind
My family is renting an apartment in a private home and 1 other tenant on the first floor. For the past almost 3 years us tenants have been maintaining the home, inside and out.

Neighbor dogs broke into yard and killed our dog
Four aggressive dogs broke thru the wooden fence adjoining their/my yard. Two of these devils attacked and killed our shiztu!! This is a very traumatic experience to our entire family.

Fence Torn Down
Property next to us went under forclosure about a year ago. There was no up keep attempted on the house, besides bi-monthly grass cutting. A front gate leading to thier backyard was connected to a fence that both properties share.

HOA taking too long to resove a problem
Hi, I have a problem wiht my HOA. The backyard of my house is open to the commuinity. The HOA decided to put a fence all around the main road or our commuinity but they decide for whaterver reason to stop the fence behind my house so now people just go through my backyard to cut throught
