Carless driving ticket issued back in august
Here in michigan there is a "woodward Dream" Cruise 3rd saturday in august every year. Court date BTW was not till like october 2009 millions of people attend and i went down there and some friends jumped in my jeep. fastest speed you can move is around 5mph since there is tons of cars and people.
